Cooking Classes


Busy Families, Healthy Eating- THIS CLASS IS NOW SOLD OUT. Please email barb@love2eat to express your interest in a waiting list

Location: Calgary Jewish Community Centre (1607 - 90 Ave. S.W., Calgary AB)
Instructor: Barb Thomas, RHN
Date: 10th of March 2010 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Price: $75 plus tax for public, $65 for JCC members

Children welcome! This class is for families looking for new dinner ideas that are simple, nutritious and quick to make. Moms and dads are welcome- but don't forget to bring the kids- nothing brings a family together like connecting in the kitchen! Children ages 5-12 $10, JCC kids $8. Taught by mother and Nutritionist, Barb Thomas. Primarily vegetarian, Kosher. Hands on, recipes included.
