Join me and my special guest Olympian and Nutritionist John Morris as we do a deep dive into the skills you need to create nutrient-dense food from simple, cost effective ingredients.
- Learn to butcher and roast a locally raised chicken 2 ways
- Learn the skills you need to make delicious, nourishing bone broth from scratch and then try three recipes that utilize the broth in surprising ways
- Work with Red Seal Chef instructors and practice your knife skills hands-on as you prepare take-home ingredients for chicken soup
- Learn to flavor recipes using different herbs and spices that create ethnic flavor profiles
