Our whole foods based cooking classes are designed to teach the public how to simply yet effectively use real, fresh, local food in delicious, health enhancing ways. Classes are hands on with a local focus, usually gluten free and provide students the opportunity to learn how to prepare up to six recipes that are simple and easy to prepare. These recipes use foods that create increased immunity, decreased inflammation, build strong bones and brains and provide energy!
